Fiona Anderson

Fiona is passionate about innovation and helping businesses and individuals to thrive and grow. In 2015 she started and managed the Entrepreneurial Spark Accelerator in Brighton where she worked with almost 500 businesses over a two-year period. Fiona is a key connector and collaborator within the Brighton and wider Sussex ecosystem, promoting and creating opportunities for the businesses she works with.

Judith Badger

Head of Project

University of Brighton

Judith brings 15 years work of innovation expertise to BRITE having worked with businesses of all sizes - exploring opportunities, sourcing partners and identifying university expertise to support business innovation and growth. As the University Head of Project for BRITE, Jude oversees the development and delivery of the innovation programmes created at the University of Brighton, supporting successful outcomes for SMEs.

Dr George Tsekouras

George is the Director of CENTRIM, the Centre for Change, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management at the University of Brighton and the Innovation Chair of the British Academy of Management (BAM). George has led research and development programmes on business innovation and entrepreneurship for over twenty years.

Dr Aline Figlioli

Research Fellow

Aline is a specialist in Technology and Innovation Management, Innovation Policy, and Open Innovation. She is based at the University’s Centre for Change Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management (CENTRIM). Aline is a champion of SME open innovation, and designs and implements effective programmes and tools focused on transforming SMEs innovation potential into reality.

Sofia Eleftheriadi

Partner Project Manager

Sofia has a wealth of experience working within specialist research teams in innovation and change management, Sofia is responsible for the operational delivery and management of the university’s innovation programmes and bespoke workshops designed for the BRITE members.
